how the CLUB application collects, uses, stores and protects the information of the
users, in compliance with the General Data Protection Act (LGPD – Law no
13.709/2018).
By using the CLUB application, you agree to the practices described in this
Politics.
1. ABOUT THE APP
CLUB is a local promotions disclosure application. He allows that
customers of participating internet providers have access to discounts and
promotions with local CLUB partner merchants.
To register and use the application, it is mandatory that the
user be a regular customer of the participating internet provider. That bond
with the provider is what guarantees the right to discounts with merchants
participants.
2. INFORMATION WE HAVE COLLECTED
We collect the following information for the operation of the application:
- Registration data: name, mobile phone number, email and password (the password
is securely stored and encrypted on our servers).
- Signature data: the customer link with the internet provider, which is
verified by means of an identification or validation code provided by the
provider, and that is the requirement to get the discounts.
- Usage and access data: history of participations in promotions, access to
partners and traders, participation status and interaction information
with the application.
- Camera data: the app utilizes your device’s camera
exclusively for reading QR codes (QR Code), with the aim of validating
participation in promotions and discounts with merchants. No picture
or video is recorded or uploaded to our servers.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the collected data to:
- Authenticate the user and ensure secure access to the application;
- Check the user’s link as customer of the internet provider, requirement
mandatory for access to discounts;
- Display the local promotions and the days of each promotion;
- Allow participation in promotions and validation of discounts with the
participating traders;
- Generate reports for partners, merchants, and providers;
- Customize the user experience;
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations;
- Improve the operation and security of the application.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties
for marketing purposes. We only share information:
- When necessary for the operation of the service, such as the verification of the bond
with the internet provider and the validation of discounts with merchants
participants;
- When required by law, court order or competent authority;
- When there is prior consent from the user.
5. STORAGE AND SECURITY
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your
data, including:
- Encryption of communications with our servers (HTTPS/TLS);
- Secure storage of credentials on your device;
- Control of restricted access to data.
6. RETENTION AND DELETION OF DATA
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes
described in this policy, except where the legislation requires a longer period of
retention.
When the customer requests the cancellation of the internet service subscription
with the provider, your data linked to this signature will be deleted
according to the procedure of the provider and the CLUB, also ceasing the right to the
discounts.
If the user requests the deletion of his/her account in the application, his/her data from
registration and use will be removed from our systems, except for obligations
legal retention.
7. USER RIGHTS (LGPD)
Under the LGPD, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, update or request the deletion of your data;
- Revoke consent at any time;
- Request data portability;
- Get information about data sharing.

8. DATA OF MINORS
The application is not intended for children under the age of 13, according to the policies of
families and protection to the minor adopted by the app store. If we take
knowledge that we collect data from minors without valid consent,
We will take steps to remove such information.

como o aplicativo CLUB coleta, usa, armazena e protege as informações dos

1. SOBRE O APLICATIVO
O CLUB é um aplicativo de divulgação de promoções locais. Ele permite que
clientes de provedores de internet participantes tenham acesso a descontos e
promoções com comerciantes locais parceiros do CLUB.
Para se cadastrar e utilizar o aplicativo, é requisito obrigatório que o
usuário seja cliente regular do provedor de internet participante. Esse vínculo
com o provedor é o que garante o direito aos descontos com os comerciantes
participantes.
2. INFORMAÇÕES QUE COLETAMOS
Coletamos as seguintes informações para o funcionamento do aplicativo:
- Dados de cadastro: nome, número de telefone celular, e-mail e senha (a senha
é armazenada de forma segura e criptografada nos nossos servidores).
- Dados da assinatura: o vínculo de cliente com o provedor de internet, que é
verificado por meio de um código de identificação ou validação fornecida pelo
provedor, e que é o requisito para obter os descontos.
- Dados de uso e acesso: histórico de participações em promoções, acessos a
parceiros e comerciantes, status de participação e informações de interação
com o aplicativo.
- Dados de câmera: o aplicativo utiliza a câmera do seu dispositivo
exclusivamente para leitura de códigos QR (QR Code), com o objetivo de validar
participações em promoções e descontos junto aos comerciantes. Nenhuma imagem
ou vídeo é gravado ou enviado aos nossos servidores.
3. COMO UTILIZAMOS AS INFORMAÇÕES
Utilizamos os dados coletados para:
- Autenticar o usuário e garantir o acesso seguro ao aplicativo;
- Verificar o vínculo do usuário como cliente do provedor de internet, requisito
obrigatório para o acesso aos descontos;
- Exibir as promoções locais e os dias de realização de cada promoção;
- Permitir a participação em promoções e a validação de descontos junto aos
comerciantes participantes;
- Gerar relatórios para parceiros, comerciantes e provedores;
- Personalizar a experiência do usuário;
- Atender a obrigações legais e regulatórias;
- Melhorar o funcionamento e a segurança do aplicativo.
4. COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS
Não vendemos, alugamos ou compartilhamos os seus dados pessoais com terceiros
para fins de marketing. Compartilhamos informações apenas:
- Quando necessário ao funcionamento do serviço, como a verificação do vínculo
com o provedor de internet e a validação de descontos com os comerciantes
participantes;
- Quando exigido por lei, ordem judicial ou autoridade competente;
- Quando houver consentimento prévio do usuário.
5. ARMAZENAMENTO E SEGURANÇA
Adotamos medidas técnicas e organizacionais adequadas para proteger os seus

6. RETENÇÃO E EXCLUSÃO DOS DADOS

Quando o cliente solicitar o cancelamento da assinatura do serviço de internet
junto ao provedor, os seus dados vinculados a essa assinatura serão apagados
conforme o procedimento do provedor e do CLUB, cessando também o direito aos
descontos.
Caso o usuário solicite a exclusão de sua conta no aplicativo, seus dados de
cadastro e uso serão removidos de nossos sistemas, ressalvadas obrigações
legais de retenção.
7. DIREITOS DO USUÁRIO (LGPD)
Nos termos da LGPD, você tem o direito de:
- Acessar, corrigir, atualizar ou solicitar a exclusão dos seus dados;
- Revogar o consentimento a qualquer momento;
- Solicitar portabilidade dos dados;
- Obter informações sobre o compartilhamento de dados.

8. DADOS DE MENORES
O aplicativo não é destinado a menores de 13 anos, conforme as políticas de
famílias e proteção ao menor adotadas pela loja de aplicativos. Se tomarmos
conhecimento de que coletamos dados de menores sem consentimento válido,
adotaremos medidas para remover tais informações.
